How long will shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the postal service used.

Generally, orders within Ireland take 2–5 business days, while international shipping can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days.

Please note that delays can happen due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship internationally to most countries, but some are excluded due to postal restrictions. Germany is currently excluded because strict recycling laws often cause packages to be refused entry and returned to the sender.

What if you don’t ship to my country?

If your country isn’t available as a shipping option at checkout, feel free to reach out to us. It’s possible it was unintentionally excluded or falls under a country we do not ship to, and we’ll do our best to see if shipping can be arranged.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will vary from country to country. The best way to keep track of this is to select your items and proceed to the checkout process where your shipping will automatically be calculated to your location based on item weight.

How can I track my order?

All our shipments include tracking for your peace of mind. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Can I request a gift message?

Yes. We can engrave your gift message in a handwriting-style font on a metal business card. Just include your message in the order instructions at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I care for my engraved products?

To keep your engraved items looking their best, avoid abrasive cleaners or rough scrubbing that could damage the engraving. Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed. For metal products, keep them dry to prevent any potential tarnishing or rust. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Proper care will help maintain the crispness and clarity of the engraving over time.

What happens if I input the wrong shipping address?

If you suspect that you've entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately with your order number.

If your order hasn't shipped yet but we've already purchased the label, you will be responsible for the cost of a new label.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may be responsible for both a replacement shipping label and the product itself if it's not returned to us or we’re unable to intercept the package before final delivery.

What happens if I choose the No Tracking / No Insurance option at checkout?

If you select this shipping option, please note that we are not responsible for the item once it leaves our store.
This means:

If the package is lost, stolen, or delayed, we will be unable to replace or refund the item.

This option is provided for customers who prefer a lower-cost delivery but accept the risk involved.

By choosing this method, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the shipment after dispatch. For guaranteed peace of mind, we recommend choosing the insured and tracked shipping option.
