Shipping Policy – Grimstone Gear

At Grimstone Gear, every order is crafted with care. Many of our products are personalised or made-to-order, so please allow 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch.

We operate strictly Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed, fulfilled, or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Irish public holidays. These days are not counted toward the processing or delivery timeframe.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location. Once your item is dispatched, average delivery times are:

• Ireland: 1–3 business days
• UK & Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

These are estimates — delays can happen due to customs, weather conditions, or postal service disruptions beyond our control.

Shipping Providers

We primarily use An Post for shipping within Ireland and internationally. Depending on the order, other carriers may be used. Tracking is provided when available — smaller or lower-cost items may not include tracking unless upgraded at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and based on your order size and delivery location. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly announced if available.

Lost or Delayed Items

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Grimstone Gear is no longer responsible for transit delays or lost shipments. If your item has not arrived within 14 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), reach out to us at grimstonegear@gmail.com, and we’ll do what we can to assist you.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, you will need to cover any reshipping costs.

Customs & Import Fees

If you're ordering from outside Ireland, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by your local government. Grimstone Gear is not liable for these charges or for any delays caused by customs processes.
